What are your price ranges?

The price of our puppies is determined by the parents, their accomplishments and or titles in shows or sports and individual attributes and traits in each pup in the litter.

American bullies are listed at 2-3 k for pet homes (Spayed/neutered pet) 3-10 k for show/breeding potential dogs. Prices are posted on the “available” page for individual pups/dogs.

Are holding fees refundable?

Holding fees are only refundable when a payment has been put on a pup in a litter of a specific gender, and there are not enough pups of that gender, or the female doesn’t get pregnant at all. In this situation, it will be refunded or applied to a future litter; the choice will be left up to the purchaser.  Holding fees are 10% of the purchase price.

Can I purchase a puppy if I don’t live in Arizona/Alaska?

Yes! All shipping arrangements must be made by the purchaser and all crate, documentation and traveling fees associated are paid by the purchaser. Local pickup at Phoenix Sky Harbor or Fairbanks International airport is preferred. Regardless of your location within the US you will be able to pick up and take your puppy home onboard the plane in the cabin in a carry-on cloth container. This is the most affordable, fastest, safest and hassle free method to pick up your pup.

What is included when I acquire a puppy from Northern Diamond?

Full rights (show/breeding potential) puppies come with their ABKC registration slip (pet homes will recieve registration slip after proof of spay/neuter), 2 rounds of parvo and first round of Distemper vaccinations, age-appropriate dewormings and 30 days of Trupanion health insurance. Buyers have the option to either leave the ears natural or have them cropped by a qualified Vet Clinic at their risk/expense. Occasionally we can have your puppy professionally cropped at buyer’s expense but it is not guaranteed.

Can I meet before I make a decision?

Of course, As long as the puppies have had their first two parvo shots and at least one distemper shot in accordance with the Neopar/Neovac vaccine schedule and the puppy application was approved. We will set up a meet and greet at our veterinarians office or another public location. We are more than happy to send weeky pictures or videos of the available pupies and can video chat as well.

Visitation: We do have a strict visitation policy in place.

We live in a residential home with our family and pets, so please understand this is not a store. This is our family home and is in the best interest and safety for our family, health of pups and our pets, that all visitations/meet and greets are done at our veterinarians office or an agreed upon public location with an approved application on file.

We will then contact you to schedule an appointment for a meet and greet with the puppy or dog of your choice.

WHAT IF WE WANT A PET ONLY? (NON-BREEDING)

At the end of the day our goal is to get our dogs in to a happy and loving home. We will help you pick out the perfect dog or puppy for your family as we are very familiar with each puppy’s temper, preferences and energy level. Registration papers are held by the breeder on pet home puppies until proof of spay/neuter is sent to us. Some pet home dogs/pups will be altered (vasectomy, spay or neuter) before going to their new home.
